Sam’s national and regional credits include Jean Valjean in Les Miserables, Kerchak in Disney’s Tarzan, Edna in Hairspray, Che in Evita, Gaston in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Horton the Elephant in Seussical , Miles Gloriosus in A Funny Thing…Forum, Adam in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, and was nominated for an Ovation Award for his portrayal of Jud in Oklahoma! Sam also played Captain Hook in the international tour of Peter Pan with Cathy Rigby, was part of the 2000 Tony-nominated Broadway production, and is featured on the A & E Emmy Award-winning video.
