Yolanda Marie Franklin (Babette) is very grateful to be back on stage. She was last seen in Ring Round The Moon as Mother & Countess Funela. Yolanda has won several Craig Noel, Bravo, and Critic Awards as an actor and director in San Diego for The Ballad Of Emmett Till, Seven Guitars, King Headley III, Raisin In The Sun, The Further Adventures of Hedda Gabbler, The Sugar Witch and This Wide Night. Yolanda adds an Off-Broadway credit for her performance at Playwrights Horizon in NYC. She is currently serving as Guest Artistic Director for Common Ground Theatre's 2019-2020 Season, where she will direct God's Trombones by James Weldon Johnson (December 2019), Little Rock by Rajendra Ramon Maharaj (March 2020), and Day of Absence/Happy Ending, by Douglas Turner Ward (June 2020). Yolanda plans to tour her one woman show, Ten Chain Links From Judge in 2020-2021.
