Previous work with Lamb’s Players includes Nellie Forbush in South Pacific, Ermengarde in Hello Dolly!, Jamie in Brownie Points, and Fiona O’Casey in An American Christmas, which she has happily played every year since she moved to San Diego in 2004. Locally, Erika has performed with Mo’olelo (A Piece of My Heart, Since Africa, Extraordinary Chambers), Cygnet Theatre (Man of La Mancha) The Welk (The Scarlet Pimpernel) and Stone Soup (Miss Julie). She is a Lead Teaching Artist for La Jolla Playhouse and co-directed Excavating Escondido, part of the 2013 WoW Festival. She also teaches for The Old Globe on their Shakespeare Summer Studio and is launching Reflecting Shakespeare: Acting Out, a therapeutic and creative program in Centinela State Prison. For her own company, 3rd Space Theatre Collective, Erika has performed Thistle by Erik Ehn (CSUSM and NYC's La MaMa) and her own piece, Jackie and the BeansTalk, for the 2014 San Diego International Fringe Festival, winning the award for Outstanding Site Specific Performance. Favorite credits further afield include From Hell She Came (London West End), Women and Wallace (London Fringe), Romeo and Juliet (Nat’l Tour, UK), A Christmas Carol (Nat’l Tour, Germany), Downtown Dysfunctionals (Zipper Theatre, NYC), The Love Talker (Hanger Theatre, NY), Diary Of Anne Frank (Stage One), and Mauritius and The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later (Salem Rep).
