Matt is humbled and grateful to join the Lamb’s Players family. Matt grew up in Los Angeles where he attended the L.A. County High School for the ARTS. Whilst in high school, Matt also trained at Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey’s Clown College in Sarasota, Florida. When he wasn’t clowning around he was hanging out at The Magic Castle, Hollywood, with his magician father, Aka. Mr. Magic. Matt received his B.F.A. from Stephen’s College for Women in Columbia, MO before moving to Kansas City and co-founding The Living Room and Fishtank Theatre companies. He spent the last 10 years living and working in New York, NY. Matt is best known for his role as Andrew Brandt in Marvel’s Jessica Jones. He has also appeared in many a TV series including Shades of Blue, Elementary, Manifest, For Life, The Blacklist and The Plot Against America. Most recent theatre credits include playing Hamlet in the Off Broadway production of Hamlet: A Version, and the HBO Broadway workshop of True Blood: The Musical where he played Rene.
