BRENT SCHINDELE is thrilled to return to Lamb’s after playing Sky Masterson in Guys & Dolls in 2012, the pianist/MC in Pete ‘n Keely in 2013, and David Marshall Lee in The Foreigner in 2014. In 2015 he went back on the road with the national touring production of The Sound of Music, directed by Jack O’Brien: locally, he played Herr Zeller at the L.A. Music Center and Captain Von Trapp at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Since then he has played Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire, Harold Hill in The Music Man, Frank Butler in Annie Get Your Gun, young Ronald Reagan in the world premiere two-hander In A Booth at Chasen’s, and many others - most recently the Kevin Costner role in the stage remake of The Bodyguard. He also played the title characters in the recent films Cold Cold Man and Call Me Dan (the latter about mystery hijacker D.B. Cooper). Brent has performed in dozens of shows all over California (he fondly remembers playing Curly McLain in Oklahoma! at the Moonlight Amphitheatre in 2010), Off-Broadway in The Musical of Musicals: The Musical!, and in the national touring productions of Jesus Christ Superstar (Peter, Simon) and West Side Story (Tony). And this Christmas he and his sweet wife are celebrating the birth of their firstborn son. Luke 2:7.
