4. All orders must be submitted and paid to Popular Bookstore Pte Ltd.
5. We will not process direct orders using the Popular Order Form on this website or in person.
6. All Order Form submitted to us must have a valid receipt number and date written.
7. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent within 3 working days from the receipt date.
8. You will receive an email or SMS when your completed order is posted.
9. Completed Order forms faxed to us from non-official fax numbers will not be processed until a verification process is done.

9. English Name Books are limited to 12 letters per book.
10. Chinese Name Books are limited to 4 characters per book.

1. Full payment can only be made through Popular Bookstore. No Exceptions.
2. Please attach your Popular's receipt to the detached slip of paper containing your Serial Number.
3. All orders are inclusive of shipping charges for delivery within Mainland Singapore only.
4. Katavan Pte Ltd will only ship an order when FULL payment has been received.
5. Katavan Pte Ltd is not liable for any delays resulting from customer's failure to complete Full payment.

1. Stated prices do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, provincial, local or any other duties/taxes.
   ALL SUCH DUTIES OR TAXES MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
2. If there any delays with processing or shipping, the customer will be notified via Email or SMS.
3. However, in the event of wrong, inaccurate contact or order information. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us within 3 working days upon receiving your order.
4. If there are any delays or backorder items, we will ship your order out as soon as these items are made available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
5. Katavan Pte Ltd will not be liable for any damage, loss, fault or expenses arising out of delays in shipment.

7. Katavan Pte Ltd reserves the right to merge or combine orders if they are being shipped to the same physical address.
8. Katavan Pte Ltd reserves the right to use whatever packaging materials it deems necessary.
9. All orders will be shipped either by SingPost or by hand delivery.
10. Katavan Pte Ltd currently do not ship overseas for Popular orders.
11. Shipping address must be either a physical address or PO Box, we do not ship to Military installations, Hotels, Motels or any area inaccessible to SingPost.
12. Katavan Pte Ltd will ONLY ship to the customer's address on our order forms.
13. The accuracy of the customer's address is the sole responsibility of the customer, please check or verify your address if in doubt.
14. Katavan Pte Ltd is not liable for any goods lost during shipping.
15. In the event of an lost unregistered order;
    • If SingPost returns the goods to us (refused or undeliverable), the customer will be required to pay for NEW shipping charges separately.
    • No claims will be entertained. 
    • Management reserves the right to look into any claims bearing strong merit. Only management has the only authority to compensate or reimburse any lost goods.

1. All claims must be made within 5 working days upon receiving your order.
2. Claims can only be made based upon manufacturing defects, damage as a result from shipping or customer mishandling will not be recognized.
3. Claims cannot be made if the product has been damaged from fire, flood, lightning or Acts of God.
4. There is no cash refund.
5. Each customer is limited to a MAXIMUM of 3 RMAs per product.
6. The purchaser has to pay all charges, duties, taxes and shipping charges incurred for delivery to Katavan Private Limited.
7. Claims made can ONLY be settled by the following way
