Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. I. ORDERS Only orders using Mrsdotdot.com website forms, our official printed order forms and our SMS format will be accept. Orders placed via Email will not be accepted. No exceptions. Incomplete or illegible forms will not be processed. Each order will be given a specific serial number for identification purposes. The format for the A4 Name Books is FIXED. Mixed content books e.g. English-Chinese, English-Dialect are NOT ALLOWED. Each A4 Name Book is limited to 20 letters. Katavan Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any orders that it deems inappropriate. II-I. The format is FIXED. Mixed content books e.g. Address-Name is NOT ALLOWED. My Home Books are limited to 26 letters per line. Maximum of 2 lines and a 6 digit postal code Katavan Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any orders that it deems inappropriate. III. PAYMENT If full payment is not received within 5 working days from the date the order has place, the order will be considered invalid and cancelled. Any funds available with us may be subjected to a S$2/- cancelled order administrative charge. All orders are inclusive of shipping charges for delivery within Mainland Singapore only. Unless, requested. Registered Mail will cost an extra SGD $2.25. Katavan Pte Ltd, Singapore will only ship an order when FULL payment has been received. It is the responsibility of the customer to highlight or notify payment status. For internet banking, identification markers should be left. Or for ATM cash transfer, an SMS indicating the customer's name and order number along with the amount should be sent immediately to (065)9044-2852 after payment. Katavan Private Limited, Singapore is not liable for any unexpected delays resulting from customer's failure to identify their payments. All credit card payments are handled by third-party facilitators, as such, we are not responsible for any agreements made between the customer and these third-party facilitators. Customers paying by money orders, cashiers cheque, electronic transfer or Singapore personal cheque may have to wait until payment is cleared and verified before we ship your order. SG$20/- will be charged for every returned check. Currently Katavan Private Limited, Singapore does not accept COD or have this service. IV. CANCELLATION A S$5/- cancellation fee maybe applied for any order cancellation after it has been verified by the customer. V. SHIPPING All stated prices does not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, provincial, local or any other duties/taxes. ALL SUCH DUTIES OR TAXES MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. If there any delays with processing or shipping, the customer will be notified via Email or SMS. However, in the event of wrong, inaccurate contact or shipping information. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact management within 3 working days else the order will be deemed invalid and any payments (if any) will be refunded minus a SGD$3/- administrative charge. If there are any delays or backorder items, we will ship your order out as soon as these items are made available. Katavan Private Limited, Singapore reserves the right to use whatever packaging materials it deems necessary. All orders will be shipped via SingPost, overseas orders will be shipped by SingPost Airmail. All orders that are to be shipped overseas MUST BE REGISTERED. Insurance, if available, can be applied at the customer's expense. Shipping address must be either a physical address or PO Box, we do not ship to Army Post Offices, Fleet Post Offices, Military installations, Hotels, Motels or any area where by a registered mail cannot be personally signed for by the buyer. Mrsdotdot.com will ONLY ship to the customer's address on our order forms, Customer's Paypal shipping address will ALWAYS be ignored. The accuracy of the customer's address is the sole responsibility of the customer, if in doubt, please check or verify your address. If there any delays with processing or shipping, the customer will be notified via Email or SMS. Katavan Private Limited, Singapore is not liable for any goods lost during shipping. In the event of an unregistered goods being lost; if the SingPost were to return the goods to us, the customer will have to pay for NEW shipping charges separately. No claims will be entertained. We however will only provide a photocopy of the receipt upon request. Management reserves the right to look into any claims bearing strong merit (Acts of God). Management is the only authority that has the legal right to compensate or reimburse any lost goods. Katavan Private Limited, Singapore, strongly recommends Registering all your goods via SingPost, an additional S$2.25 charge will be applied. For any single LOCAL order above S$30/-, we will bear SingPost's cost for a Registered Article. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee, IN ADDITION to applicable shipping fees, insurance fees or any other loss incurred by us. VI. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) All claims must be made within 5 working days upon receiving your order. Claims can only be made based upon manufacturing defects, damage as a result from shipping or customer mishandling will not be recognized. Claims cannot be made if the product has been damaged from fire, flood, lightning or Acts of God. There is no cash refund. Each customer is limited to a MAXIMUM of 3 RMA's per product. The purchaser has to pay all charges, duties, taxes and shipping charges incurred for delivery to Katavan Private Limited, Singapore. Claims made can ONLY be settled by the following way Fill up the Contact Us form Please include your order number. You will receive a RMA number via email. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY In no event shall Katavan Private Limited be responsible for any damages both incidental or consequential, this includes loss of use, income, profits, arising from or in connection with this agreement including, without limitation, any breach of obligation imposed on Katavan Private Limited hereunder or in connection herewith, even if Katavan Private Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Katavan Private Limited's liability exceed the cost price of its products and services. PRIVACY POLICY    At Mrsdotdot.com, we value each individual and respect their privacy. All personal information given will only be used for processing orders, contacting and identifying customers.
