Policy and Terms:
› We do not hold orders for more than 7 days from the initial invoice date for Ontario residents, 14 days for residents of other Canadian provinces, and 18 days for US customers. Please find our Policies explained here ».
› If your payment is not certified, please allow 4-6 business days for clearance. Goods are shipped after the clearance of the cheque as a policy.
› No returns for orders paid by cheque, money order, or bank draft.
› To calculate a shipping rate if necessary, please follow the link: Find a Rate from L6A 0A2.
› Payments are deposited within 48 hours.
You will be invoiced by email within 24 hours. Please print the invoice and mail it along with your cheque/ money order/ bank draft payable to "Irene & Mr. Sheep Co." or "Wise Tea Garden". Our address for mail is provided below.
